This video explains the principal of measuring and visualizing Value Per Acre as a way of understanding the financial productivity and efficiency of land use decisions.
This video was produced for Urban3 in collaboration with Joe Minicozzi. It was designed as a replacement for their original "The Value of Downtown" video, which was produced in 2014. Within a week of uploading the new version, it surpassed the original version in terms of view count and led to a dramatic increase in the number of subscribers to the Urban3 YouTube channel.
